You’ve tried everything from drinking green smoothies religiously and do yoga 3 times a week but those darn pimples keep showing up.

According to ancient Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, your face can be used as a road map to tell you more about your health. Like why that pimple keeps showing up as a frequent flyer on your face. So, we’re dropping knowledge on the art of face mapping to help to resolve and solve your problematic skin issues.

What Is Your Skin Saying About You?

What is face mapping? Face mapping is an ancient skin analysis created centuries ago used in Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine to explain and diagnose what’s going on inside of your body by reading your face. The theory is each part of your face is connected to a particular part of your body. Using your face as a map to decode underlying issues your body is trying to tell you.

With the help of face mapping, you are able to tell if your over-stressed, have liver issues, drinking too much alcohol, consuming too much sugar, have a poor diet or having hormonal issues.

Here's a quick guide to help decode your skin issues.


Third Eye (space between the eyebrows) -

  • Stomach and liver

What's Your Body Is Telling You: poor digestion and toxic build-up

How to Resolve: Ditch the nightshade veggies, dairy, soy, alcohol, eggs, sugar, corn, and try a gentle cleanse.

What to Eat: Leafy greens, miso, cauliflower and sauerkrautSupplement: probiotic, digestive enzymes, marshmallow root, aloe vera

 Temples and Brow Line

  • Kidneys
