Let's be honest here, we've all done it! We're all guilty of jumping in the shower and indulging in a hot warm bath or shower. After a long day, there's nothing like a long hot shower to rinse the day away and unwind. The reality is using hot water is damaging and can lead to capillary damage. Your bad eating habits is catching up and let's be honest - you know what I'm saying is true. There are tons of research to how food effects your hormones.

If you are lactose intolerant, stop drinking and consuming dairy products. If you are estrogen sensitive, stop eating foods that trigger that allergy. In addition to stress, you may not be drinking enough water (1 cup or 1 water bottle isn't enough), and you also are probably not eating enough fresh fruits and vegetables on a consistent basis. So, continuously eating fried foods, take out, and sugary Starbuck drinks will lead to excessive breakouts, unbalance hormones and visible skin issues.
